3. Packaging:

3.1 Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

4. Return Shipping:

4.1 The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Inspection and Refund:
